Daniela Roche Andrier, born in Heidelberg, Germany, in 1964, is a renowned perfumer celebrated for her poetic and refined creations. Her journey into the world of fragrance began after studying philosophy at the Sorbonne in Paris, reflecting her deep intellectual curiosity and appreciation for the arts. In 1988, she commenced her career as a trainee at Chanel, and the following year, she enrolled at the prestigious Roure Perfumery School (now part of Givaudan).

Andrier's approach to perfumery is characterized by a desire to evoke memories and emotions, weaving narratives that connect the past, present, and future. She believes that a fragrance should provoke a sense of déjà vu, tapping into personal olfactory experiences . Her creations are known for their elegance, subtlety, and emotional depth, often challenging conventional norms in perfumery.

Throughout her illustrious career, Andrier has collaborated with numerous prestigious brands, crafting iconic fragrances that have left a lasting impact on the industry. Some of her most notable works include:
