Order Processing and Delivery Time

Once you receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped, please allow 3-5 days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive. Please allow extra time during busy periods (e.g., Christmas, sales events).

Shipping Within Canada

All orders shipped via FedEx, UPS

  • We reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for uninsured orders to ensure safe receipt of your purchase.
    We also reserve the right to ship the package directly to the nearest post office for secure pickup, if necessary for security or logistical reasons.

Shipping to the United States

  • Orders Under $100: Orders below $100, as well as orders going to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, and Puerto Rico, will be shipped via USPS.
  • Orders Over $100: Orders over $100 will be shipped via FedEx for faster and more secure delivery.
