The creation of Delicious Bay by Salum Parfums, crafted by perfumer Luca Maffei, draws its inspiration from the opulent and evocative ambiance of a Dubai sunset over the Persian Gulf. Maffei was totally into the idea of getting away from the nostalgia of the summer and being transported to a luxurious beach where the gentle waves of the sea meet the warmth of the Arabian night. The fragrance, part of the “Arabian Vibes” collection, seeks to capture the mystery and sensuality of distant shores, blending the marine freshness of calone with the rich, gourmand sweetness of dates and honey.


Olfactory Notes

Initially, the top notes burst with calone’s ozonic freshness, violet’s powdery elegance, and bergamot’s citrus sparkle, evoking a breezy sunset by the sea. As it settles, the heart reveals dates’ sticky sweetness, honey’s rich warmth, saffron’s spicy depth, and white oud’s soft woodiness, conjuring a bustling souk at dusk. Finally, the base notes emerge—creamy pecan, lush vanilla, sandalwood’s smooth embrace, golden amber’s resinous glow, and patchouli’s earthy anchor—reminiscent of a serene night under starlit sands, leaving a lingering, opulent trail.
