Upon application, Night Dose from Vertus starts off with a bright mix of juicy plums, mirabelles, apples, and grapes, with a hint of saffron to add some spice. Then, as you wear it, the heart of the fragrance reveals itself. There's a blend of damask rose, jasmine, orris root, heliotropes, lily of the valley, peaches, and coconuts. Finally, in the base, there's a warm and long-lasting finish with sandalwood, cedarwood, patchouli, amber, musk, and even some animalic notes.
