Hennessy drew from personal memories, particularly his mother’s tuberose scent, which he associated with femininity and glamour, aiming to craft a perfume that feels both pure and provocatively decadent. The fragrance’s narrative is about breaking free from restraint, with apricot-tinged osmanthus, orange blossom, and rose of May giving way to the seductive “three sirens” of tuberose, jasmine, and narcissus. This interplay reflects a woman who is half-innocent, half-voluptuous, embodying both charm and rebellion.
