At Parfum Exquis, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, most products can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable). Please email info@parfumexquis.com to get return authorization and approval. We highly recommend that you return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return.

Yes, but it refers to sealed perfumes in box. Within 30 days from purchase you can exchange it. Same rules as Return Policy applies.
If you just placed your order, have confirmed that the perfume has not shipped, please contact us immediately, and we should be able to refund your order and issue a new one. If your perfume has already shipped or was delivered and either an error was made or you are not happy with the perfume, please call us or submit a request, so we can understand how to make it right.

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
Damaged
Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
