Emna Doghri: A Symphony of Scents and Stories

In the vibrant heart of Tunis, where the Mediterranean breeze carries whispers of jasmine and orange blossoms, a young girl named Emna Doghri began her lifelong romance with fragrance. Born in 1985 into a family passionate about perfumes, Emna's early years were steeped in the rich aromas of the Mediterranean - jasmine, orange blossom, cedar - and the exotic spices, incense, and resins of the Orient.

At 18, Emna left Tunisia to pursue her studies in France, earning a degree in chemistry. Her passion for perfumery led her to the prestigious Cinquième Sens perfume school, where she honed her craft under the guidance of Monique Schlienger.An internship at Firmenich further enriched her experience, allowing her to work on diverse and rewarding projects.

In 2010, Emna founded Floralys Fragrances, an independent and innovative olfactory creation studio. Through Floralys, she has created perfumes for numerous brands, including the young brand Antinomie and Alexandre.J. Her style is both modern and baroque, deeply rooted in the heritage of fine French perfumery.

Emna's creations are olfactory tales that evoke emotions and memories. "The Majestic Oud," created for Alexandre.J's Art Deco collection in 2020, is a fragrance reminiscent of the Parisian nights of the 1920s, with notes of fruit, patchouli, and oud. "Rougewood," crafted for Maison Rebatchi in 2023, is a flamboyant fragrance where the intensity of amber woods exalts the deliciousness of red fruits and caramel.

Her collaboration with Antinomie led to the creation of "Néroli Poète" in 2022, a fragrance that plays on the contrasts between the freshness of citrus and the warmth of sandalwood.

In 2024, Emna joined Black Ants Paris, collaborating with designer Ghislain Scordia to create fragrances that reflect the brand's identity: audacity, refinement, and homage to craftsmanship. Under her direction, each Black Ants perfume reveals a unique sensibility, blending eclectic inspirations with impeccable compositions.
